Search engine optimization

Search engine optimization - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: "(SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via 'natural' ('organic' or 'algorithmic') search results. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it 'ranks', the more searchers will visit that site. Meg Baker's Home Page
included on the site is direct information on Genealogy with a family tree of over 8000 individuals, indexed by surname, individual name, or browsable by family (for the very brave). The tree includes my direct ancestors and many, many cousins. I have recently added my partner Jessica Rouse's genealogical information to this page.

I also have Family Documents (photographs, letters and a diary) and Stories about individuals and my family history research processes. I have started an occasional Genealogy & General Subjects blog on the site, which will be updated occasionally. For more information on these topics, please follow the links to the left.

I also encourage you to review the Frequently Asked Questions for more information about this site and the research, as well as the copyrights.
